About delivery
The shipping fee will be 880 yen (including tax) nationwide except for some areas. However, it will be 1,760 yen (tax included) only for Okinawa.
In addition, if you purchase more than 50,000 yen in total, shipping will be free.
In-stock items will be shipped within 10 business days after your order is confirmed, except for reserved items. However, this does not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on region and product availability.
For reserved items, please check the estimated shipping date for each item.
Delivery will be made in Japan and overseas where delivery is possible.
Multiple items may be shipped separately.
Products returned to us due to long-term non-delivery will be stored at our company or in our warehouse until we are able to contact the customer (email/telephone, etc.). If you wish to redeliver, we will redeliver by cash on delivery. If we are unable to contact you, or even if we are able to contact you, we will not be able to send you the product after the 2-month storage period has passed, and we will not be able to refund the purchase price.
Redelivery due to incomplete delivery information such as the address entered by the customer will be reshipped by cash on delivery. Also, we do not offer split deliveries for orders. We will combine one order and ship according to the later shipping time.

For overseas shipment, we accept EMS flights of Japan Post or international parcel post.

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for products shipped overseas. Replacement/repair will be accepted after payment at actual cost.
